Talented TSiBA students…preparing your future employees while they study

The TSiBA School of Finance will provide high-performing students with an opportunity for a head start in the financial services industry.
The Academy’s existing full IMACS programme will be run for a select group of TSiBA students as an overlay course during the final eighteen months of their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
The programme has been designed by the industry, to be delivered by expert practitioners and will dovetail with employers’ need to identify and recruit graduates who are more “work ready” and who have a practical understanding of the investment administration environment and its systems.
Students enrolled in the IMACS programme will be sponsored by potential future employers, the bulk of whom will be investment administrators. Students will engage frequently with the staff of these organisations via a mentorship programme in the first two semesters and an internship in the final semester prior to graduating.
